A number of heritage organisations are collaborating to understand and help to manage the impact of Coronavirus on the heritage sector.
To help inform this work, a survey has been launched aimed at understanding the impact of Coronavirus on the businesses and skills that underpin the heritage sector. This will complement the recent survey undertaken by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and help to provide a comprehensive picture of the situation across the whole sector. We are particularly keen to hear from people and businesses involved in heritage conservation, construction or specialist skills.
The results of this survey will be shared across the heritage sector and will use it to inform briefings with the Heritage Minister. The feedback will help shape the Government’s – and HE’s – response to protecting and championing the heritage sector during this difficult time.
